WHY WE DID IT: CDW needed an updated refresh to the welcome mat of the website.
HOW WE DID IT: Competitive hack day to strategize and redesign the homepage that would be tested in a 2 week A/B test and eventually implemented onto the CDW website.
WHAT I DID: Participated in the full project life cycle by providing, UX design, strategy, visual design and quality assurance of the test build.
RESULTS: As part of the winning team, we produced the following:
- 16% decrease in bounce
- 24% decrease in exit rates
- 10.07% increase in orders per session
